A very in depth process is involved with creating each of these, and a customer has to be made sure that they are done properly. In order to do so they need to assess the validity of the company.  Ask to see a portfolio, a website, references, or even ask to go see their work first hand.  If a customer were to view a job that was done 5 years ago, and it looks exactly the same today; you know that job was done properly.
